Eric Bambury is the architect behind DFS’s breakthrough approach to volume mail, digital printing, and online fulfillment services. He oversees business development, innovation, and the future of our company with decades of experience and a passion for solving operational puzzles.

Eric says, “DFS never over-engineers. We’ve figured out how to simplify data processing. James Gilbride

President and CTO

James Gilbride stewards DFS’s administrative and technology divisions. From security and development to HR and client onboarding, he helps connect every piece of the process so teams—and customers—stay confident and informed.

He brings a people-centric approach to leadership, responsible for customer onboarding and ongoing interactions to account services and human resources. He sees DFS as a culture that cares for our customers and employees over everything else.

James says, “I have a singular interest in being everything to everyone: customers, employees, and shareholders. I have the capability to expedite decision-making and collaboration while creating ease in business. Supporting a team of confident people willing to try new things to get light years ahead. We work through everything together. I am always striving for simplicity and peace of mind for the end user.”

Daniel Chavez

Chief Operations Officer

Daniel Chavez brings 30 years in the print and mail industry to our clients. He and his team are the hidden heroes that keep DFS producing at the highest level possible.

Once customers are onboarded, Daniel takes it from there, overseeing all production floor operations. He makes sure jobs run faster, smoother, leaner, and smarter, drawing on our many proprietary DFS technologies and processes. Transforming the company into two high- performing, state-of-the-art facilities.

Daniel says, “The integrity that we put into every mail piece is second to none. I ask our employees to give 100%. I adapt well and gravitate to helping the team be better and do better. How many buckets can we fill today? Giving, not taking. How can we surround the day with positivity? Can I make our employees’ and our clients’ day or lives even better? The more you can help, the more it comes back to you. It’s my job to provide everyone with the tools, insight, and support to be successful.”

Nick Bambury

Nick helps drive the strategy and execution behind DFS’s fulfillment engine—leading projects, shaping the brand, and delivering exceptional products on tight timelines. He also manages key vendor relationships, securing critical materials and keeping our supply chain strong, even under pressure.

Known for pulling every piece together, Nick ensures the systems and people behind DFS scale effortlessly from small businesses to enterprise clients. For him, service is personal—every detail matters, and every question gets answered.
